Screw it I'm walking. I won't make it far in this stuff though.

Just went out and the first thing that hit me, was the drifts already. Ohhhh this will be fun.

 

Wind howling N-S down main street here in Melrose.

 

Intensity of the First pulse of that band Waning ever so slightly....near N shore ....Bright yellow returns in Band passing New London wonder if there is TSSN in that

Fairly common as the column saturates. The radar beam is angled, so as you get farther away from the radar location you pick up echoes from clouds or virga at a higher elevation.

 

Everything is going to plan.

 

always thought there were pulses on radar better explained by reflection or somehting along those lines?
