Typhoon Tip
I really think all the major mets will bust low with the Cape. Already approaching 2 inches. Long way to go before that can be tested... I just saw a 12-18" graphic...
TalcottWx
I also wouldn't even look at the HRRR or RAP for a few hours. Think of how unreliable they are at the end of their runs traditionally.
CCHurricane
Long way to go before that can be tested... I just saw a 12-18" graphic... Haven't been able to watch the local stations up here but last night there was alot of 6-12 being thrown around...We stay all snow, which is a real possibility on the upper cape, and we push 18-24. N. OF PIKE
Scott you still at work, are you looking at things closely What do you think about mid level low development and timing regarding models or what you see or No real difference
CT Valley Snowman
The Rgem snow map west of ORH-Tolland is brutally low. This has honestly been my go-to model outside of the Euro in many events. When is the last time it was this far off the day of an event?
CoastalWx
Scott you still at work, are you looking at things closely What do you think about mid level low development and timing regarding models or what you see or No real difference I just got home after being out of work for 4 hrs. I don't see anything glaring, but I also haven't looked too hard.

Morch Madness
Wow the 18z GFS is scary. Weird and Yuck. Has a super screw zone over like Foxboro. Mmmmmm. PineHillsWx
Having grown up on the Cape, I can almost say with a certainty that most of the Cape will be without power come the AM. 12-18 inches of heavy wet paste + 70mph gusts is not a good recipe. Totally agree, I'm aggravated with him but he's stubborn.
RUNNAWAYICEBERG
NYC reporting over 5". That mini E-W weenie band does the trick.
jamesnichols89
I think we are around 1.5-2.0" of snow on the ground now, heavy wind blown snow, its a dry powdery snow.

dendrite
Can't imagine this verifying. From 5pm onwards The meltdowns would be epic. I wouldn't cheer that on, but I would find a way to take sick pleasure out of that.
