I was trying to load my fav meso model for CF stuff but the 4KM BTV WRF at 12z won't load for me Dick Albert (remember him old weenies) is Chuckin em' on Harvey's Twitter "This storm could be top 5 in Boston. In addition more snow later in week. In addition, some of coldest weather in years in early February." Me either. Models are finally seeing the low level convergence near us. Time to get the gas, and to get it ready. WTF! Scott - I don't know....this may be worse than 2005 if we can hang onto snow. Those OES bands at the end last longer. Make sure that your electrical connections are safe. When we put in our generator years ago the electrical work was nearly as expensive as the generator. We don't know where the best mesoscale bands will set up. We're either going to get a ton of snow or an obscene amount of snow. It's consistency in bringing big snows into W MA and W CT along with it's solid track record with cold season East Coast storms is hard to ignore. We'll probably get into a dendrite filled deformation band that slowly rots away during the day tomorrow.
