T. August
I would say that the current DC/Baltimore snow was well-modeled. The models even got the cutoff correct in Harford County too (.2" with round 2). On to the next storm...
TSG
drove up to 7 Corners in falls church. Best elevation near me @ ~370 ft. Been ripping here for 45 mins. Radar looks like a nice band is parked inside the beltway. I could see 2 here if this keeps up. Currently around .
aldie 22
Death band? You are playing your usual game. Look at that radar up here....if you saw that heading your way....tell me what your thoughts would be?

wdcrob
Just drove from the city out 395 to W Springfield. Snowing the entire way, heavy snow from King Street on. Old Keane Mill covered in many places. ~3/4" on almost all surfaces, and still thumping.

TSG
I had nothing on the ground at 7:30 when i got home. Probably .7 in the last hour. ripping inside the beltway. Wind is howling. A+ night after the ill feelings coming into this.
Jebman
In lighter snow now, I might have half an inch, but hard to tell with all the blowing. With my luck I'll end up measuring a weenie drift lol

dailylurker
Nice looking band setting up just east of Baltimore. Looks almost looks like lake effect. I hope that holds together for western AA county.

Eskimo Joe
DOT road temp sensors are all below 31 degrees for everyone outside DC proper. Tomorrow's commute will not be fun if this keeps up until 3-4 am.

EastCoast NPZ
finally got into some flakes that are visible to the naked eye. nice surprise band setting up shop. I think I'll have to up my storm total to 1".
Ian
Look at that radar up here....if you saw that heading your way....tell me what your thoughts would be? I think it's coming in some form.. question is if it lives. Those outer bands can moat themselves and die as a new deform area takes over east.
