Solo2
Gotta admit, the radar does seem somewhat promising...maybe 3-4" is not completely un-doable out this way...

87storms
Beautiful wall of white getting ready to make land fall up in NY/NJ.I would love to be standing on the beach in Atlantic City. My radar isn't looking to shabby either. yea will be interesting to see how far west those bands go. i guess nyc is still in the game.

DUSTINMFOX
27, and heaviest rates of the day so far. no idea how much, as i'm not going out in this crap again. too cold. Agreed, I'm over in Sully Station II. Wondering now if FCPS will cave if we get to 2" with the temps being low in the AM.
Bob Chill
Took the dog for a half hour walk. Just beautiful. Everything is covered. High ratio snow falling. Wind blowing at times. Cold. Crystals reflecting everywhere. Grass covered. My footprints from when I left the house filling back in as I got home. IDGAF about anywhere in the NE. It's a great winter night and this storm ended up a small but acceptable winner. 1.5"
snowfan
I don't like the look of that edge quickly approaching Baltimore... any chance that fills in or are we BWI guys done when it moves through? appears to be building further to the NE. ThreeRedheads
The snow is just beautiful! I was so disappointed when our snow totals kept shrinking, but I'm really enjoying what we're getting. Side roads were snow covered when I went out around 9 and so were some of the main roads, but the salt crews are out in full force. -SN and 26.6° Definitely school delays tomorrow. Not sure about closures.

needbiggerboat
Definitely school delays tomorrow. Not sure about closures. ffax most def. it's a big county, and you could even say there are mini "micro-climate" zones....not sure how far west you are, but here road and sidewalk conditions suggest closure. i'm sure there is bare pavement in some eastern parts of the county. 09-10 analogy
Probably as steady as it's been all day. Everything whitening up. Looks like some good snows are going to continue to funnel south into DC for at least a little while longer.
BlizzardNole
Light snow continues in Germantown and 24 degrees. Eyeballing about 2" which I consider a big win after the way things looked earlier today! Roads must be bad because they were getting pretty slick when I was out between 5 and 6pm when it was just getting going.
