Check the radar as the moisture field expands westward towards Phili and especially the NE suburbs. Even some 20 dBZ returns starting to appear not too far from the city. I haven't ventured outside yet but I would say 4" storm total as of right now. Perhaps some of us can hit the low end nbc10 estimate of 6" by tonight?
