Per early PNS from OKX:

 

LGA 2.2

JFK 2.9

Nothing from the CPK yet

EWR 3.6

 

Those are likely going to be final numbers for those stations.

Maybe EWR picks up another tenth or two

 

Its as of 4 AM...which you omitted.  As for your "final numbers" assertion...wait till the event is over...thank you.

And, of course, it is well established fact that they traditionally generally only measure about 7 or 8 out of every ten inches that falls at either of those airports...so one needs to pro rate for that anomaly.

Three first order local NYC stations all around 0.45 L.E. as of 5 AM...and they do report snow at that hour...though not sure if it is mixed rain & snow at present.

So any of these stations have less than say 4 inches of snow...they must have exceptionally bad ratios (less than 9:1)...which is not out of the question with a wet snow that falls at the freezing point.
