Birds~69
Absolutely nothing wrong w/this run. We're not going to receive NY/Bos numbers but snow/wind and cold temps. I expected a crappier run...
famartin
Ray, can you do Concord Township (Elam, PA)? Thanks! Maybe you can triangulate this... ILG - 0.71 MQS - 0.53 APG - 0.
KamuSnow
That run was not nearly as painful as many feared....now hopefully it will verify! It has been pretty darn consistent fwiw. From what I saw it shows a max of 2" (of snow) by nightfall tomorrow, area wide, with most of the snow falling from Monday evening through about noon on Tuesday, with some light snow after that. I'm feeling pretty good about this at the moment!
famartin
EC sliced about a third of the precip from TTN's earlier total. It had 1.92" and now 1.31". Most guidance there ranges from 0.5-0.8 with the EC still the wet outlier. I'll leave my 8-16 for now but certainly would not emphasize the high end of that range. KamuSnow
Maybe you can triangulate this... ILG - 0.71 MQS - 0.53 APG - 0.35 I'm not actually in the triangle, I'm about 15 miles NNE of ILG, so for me it's probably close to ILG it would seem? Thanks Ray. Morch Madness
Fingers crossed for a slower/west trend tomorrow. I believe there is still potential for something big at PHL.

My bad, thought you were further SW. Well then, throw out APG and substitute PHL.

I'd take the current Euro right now and call it a day. These things seem to screw ya more than increase. We have no control so let it roll... RedSky
Fascinating the Eurowx map has Geryville NW Bucks at 9" and Morrisville in the SE at 18" what a difference
famartin
Fascinating the Eurowx map has Geryville NW Bucks at 9" and Morrisville in the SE at 18" what a difference That map is surely going with 15:1 ratios which are not realistic with this storm. SnowGoose69
That map is surely going with 15:1 ratios which are not realistic with this storm. It could be inland with less wind, at the coast forget it, although near the end if winds drop off some then maybe
KamuSnow
That map is surely going with 15:1 ratios which are not realistic with this storm. It's already getting a little breezy out there...compared to earlier anyway.
famartin
It could be inland with less wind, at the coast forget it, although near the end if winds drop off some then maybe Lower Bucks is basically flat and wide open... not right on the coast but it should be windy enough to keep 15:1 from happening.
