The met DT is calling for rain to start with 2-4 inches of snow in my area on the back end.

Assume similar to the what the NAM/GFS show.

Just had a 15 minute period of light freezing rain here, not enough to totally wet the ground, but definitely freezing on all surfaces. 29F, up from 28F about an hour ago. Wondering if wind shift to NE (light) will keep cold air in at the surface longer?

you could see this coming last night, i wasnt sure it would make it all the way into the city, but sure enough it is an ice rink in northeast philly right
