Zelocita Weather Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 None in my lifetime....very very rare, as with the amount of precip that falls in the area in dec,jan,feb (10-12" qpf) if you have a below avg temp in those months it is almost guaranteed you will average or above average snowfall.... This winter could be the first.... I don't see how we possibly make it trough a below normal temp February and not at least get up twords average. Also a below normal march should feature decent snows. Then again look at our are at starting late February last year and especially last march and this month thus far. So if there were to be that awful combo of a year this it possibly. And no one would hate it more then me.
