We should get a decent parting shot from the deformation zone as the low deepens and moves northeast further offshore. Man I hope you’re right! csnavywx
I wouldn't expect miracles. Cloud top temps are still marginal, just somewhat better than they are now, which could be cold enough for some moderate snow.

PrinceFrederickWx
Oldest was feeling better so we all went outside- we managed to build a snowman with only one inch of snow! This was actually a lot easier than the storm last January since that one was all powder. He just rolled a snowball around in the front yard until it got big enough lol
Lowershoresadness
measured 5 inches near Shorebird stadium. I thought Dec snow was a myth

I would love to see some other event totals from the lower Delmarva.
dailylurker
I was down near Cambridge yesterday. I was impressed with the snow cover. Congrats lower shore weenies. I lived down there for 5 years so I know the struggle.

PrinceFrederickWx
I’m admittedly not smart enough to understand every potential system this week, so anyone want to break it down for the regions covered by this thread? It would be appreciated!

Cobalt
Honestly, I'm rooting for y'all to get crushed on Thursday. How much is climo for Salisbury anyways? If you guys can get what the Euro is showing, you guys will have a major head start on the winter.
AlexD1990
Climo for SBY is about 10-12" a yearSent from my SM-G892A using Tapatalk
Lowershoresadness
The Great Dr Buck Naked theorized that even in the Ice Age Salisbury would turn to rain. Salisbury is the anus of the weather world. But even anuses can get lucky every now and again. Living down here you learn to laugh at snow maps.
