PrinceFrederickWx
To me the 18z GFS kinda looks like a screwjob for us, but we probably deserve it at this point.
Lowershoresadness
we had our fun. It's time to know our role and shut our mouths
PrinceFrederickWx
C.A.P.E. might jackpot from this one overnight?
Lowershoresadness
hey it might snow again over this way too. Any snow I get here on out is just bonus
PrinceFrederickWx
We might be reeling this one in too! That strip of good snow on the models just needs to be a little further south.
snowdude
I don't love the RPM but here's its latest. Bullseye in Wicomico, Dorchester, Sussex counties on Delmarva. I think a general 1-2 is a safe bet for Salisbury on north. Some higher amounts possible.

kas80
Everything looks pretty and peaceful but the roads are fine in northern Calvert. Good kind of snow for the Monday morning commute.

Hoping to see some reports from Delaware. Best banding has persistently been in Sussex County. Must be some 4' amounts there.
Prestige Worldwide
Easily 2.5 inches in Lewes. Still coming down with visibility about a half mile
PrinceFrederickWx
1.8" total here. I love the wet snow that sticks to all the trees- reminds me of the March 4 event last year. Attached is a picture of the woods in my backyard.
PrinceFrederickWx
Since President's Day last year literally every storm system has had the regions covered by this thread as a jackpot. It's like an extended payback for 13-14. I hope we're done though cause if we reel any more in the rest of the forum might come after us with pitchforks. Many of the people from the main discussion forum are pompous individuals who clearly think they are better than us. They think they are the only ones who can actually interpret a weather model. If a non regular chimes in they do their best to discredit the post. So I hope we continue getting hits and they get shutout.

PrinceFrederickWx
We should add Caroline County to this thread too just so that we can have C.A.P.E. as a full-time member.

PrinceFrederickWx
Some people in the main thread don't get that the GFS solution would most likely be terrible for us- February 2014 being the best example. Right now I'd take the Canadian and run tbh

Euro looks ****ty for us too, but God forbid you ask for a snow map noto centered on dc.... just once I'd like to see a map that doesn't cut off at Kent Island. AlexD1990
I get the feeling this one is gonna be like last January's storm. Some snow that is washed away by heavy rain. Sigh. But we did get that epic January storm this year so I guess we don't have much room to complain.
PrinceFrederickWx
I've pretty much thrown in the towel for this one. Probably a 2" slopfest here at best (like Feb 2014 but even more mixing).
SlowerLowerDE
I agree. None of the models are showing much if anything for my area. I hope we get a fair amount of moisture. We need some badly. I am ready for Spring.
