All over a snufu on refinancing and title not cleared from 2 years ago. My observations have some relevancy one last time (I hope) 29F feels like snow. Precip is on the doorstep. Its screaming ahead, but hopefully we pound for a few hours. Sky looks ready. I want to say the virga is about 1500-2k feet above.
