Winds have gone completely calm here over the last 2 hours and allowed the temp to drop to 9.1. Still enough time to maybe get to a touch below 9 before the sun comes up. I was expecting 11, so just a touch colder than expected. It might not be record cold per se but It's always impressive to get into the single digits.
