Some upper teens showing up just across the M/D line in far south central PA. 25 here now and building a nice spread below freezing. It gets cold then it always manages to mild up just enough for a cold drizzly, mizzly, grizzly rain. Pacific winters are absolutely wretched here in the Washington Metropolitan Region.
