I'm really going to stick to my guns about October/November snows from now on. While I personally didn't get any snow from the Halloween system, every area around me did and whenever an event like that happens here winters tend to suck. He said he ended up with about an inch on the grass and cars. One heavy band trained through and dumped. He said it ended about 2pm and was mostly melted by 6pm.
