It seems like I remember them thinking we would break the all time record. There were 3 days in that heat wave where RDU recorded 105. Just couldn't get that one extra degree. I saw the word 'no' several times, either by itself, as part of another word, or reversed from the word 'on'. Therefore, to my chagrin, I concluded that 'no' was the answer he was trying to convey.
