I'm guessing all of the wintry weather that's been going off in the deep south of late (including yet another storm for south-central Texas today) doesn't mean anything... This winter is clearly going in the right direction & is behaving as a weak El Nino/warm Neutral winter should, w/ blocking loaded over the North Pacific (which tends to favor Miller B/CAD). Once the epicenter shifts towards the Atlantic more than likely in February, the door will be wide open for Miller As. For now our threats will primarily consistent of overrunning until then...
