smoof
1/4" Snow here so far, just started snowing 45mins ago or so. There is a very nice 25-30dbz band of snow that looks to stick around for hours here It was supposed to be virga on most the models for a couple more hours yet so I'm thinking this is going to overperform IMBY :snowing:
weatherbo
just flurries and light snow until this evening. probably 8-10" by Sunday night. The wind along with the fluffy snow is what should make this interesting. Radar is out AGAIN, bummer.

Chitown Storm
12z 12km NAM really jumped north with a nice band of 4"+ around the TC into western Wisco tonight. Models had been hinting at this the last few runs as the band works eastward tonight from the Dakotas.

blue60007
Went into town to run a few errands... a few icy patches here on the west side. Hit an area where some cold air must be pooling - heavy fog and ice on the roads. Road to my place closed due to accident in some sharp curves. Those curves are like the 65 of WL. Cars are always spinning out there.
