Ground was frozen at onset (high was 31.9F yesterday) and temp dropped from 29.0 to 27.9 at onset, matching the DP. Temp just above freezing.Schools delayed. Maybe tracking snow showers tonight. 7th frozen observation of the this young winter season so far. Most wintery start I can ever remember this early.
