KamuSnow Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 The last hour plus has seen steady light snow here, only accumulating where there is snow left from last night. Most of the 3/4" on the lawn has melted off probably due to temps in the am being in the mid 30's, and not quite enough "snow mass". I thought it would have more staying power given the conditions. No matter, it's snowing and I'm enjoying it! 32F currently... Update - it's snowing harder the last few minutes - bordering on moderate, on the back end of this last band. Lawn is re-whitening.... The band that's producing snow now is acting like a lake effect snow band on radar. Reforming after the mountains maybe? The cabin drive was plowed earlier and it looked better than the 3-4 I thought.
