Go Kart Mozart
Models have it. I see a small perturbation of the isobars on the models. If you put the satellite in motion it looks much more robust than that IMO.
CoastalWx
Yes it has strong winds like other nor'easters.

SR Airglow
Going to be a tough week personally. Big-time OT. My dad passed early this morning. Age 91 would have turned 92 on the solstice, fitting it be Dec 7th. A WW2 vet. Still getting word out to the whole family. This is my first and only mention on social media. I consider many here my friend and in many ways extended family. Tears from heaven all week...fitting. I'm sorry for your loss

CoastalWx
And ease off the snow crap, that has nothing to do with it. It's a nor'easter. We have them and will continue to have them.

CoastalWx
truth Ruth not the only one who noticed Well a pretty piss poor spin you put on. No need to hype a nor'easter. They happen.
ROOSTA
Just want to thank everyone for the condolences. I'm comfortable knowing he is in a far better place. The inevitability of all. I know this is the thread is for current storm, going forth the pattern looks primed for several SWFE.
40/70 Benchmark
There was a storm in late Jan 2010 that rained on me, but the winds were tremendous....the perfect storm, Sandy....rain, but THOSE were epic. Anyone claiming this is epic is delusional...period.It isn't, and that assesment has nothing to do with precip type.
