oconeexman
Not as good for NeGa and NW SC but i'd take it! Still snows for alot of folks on here. Let's see what Dr. NoDoubt says later.
MOD
Even I get socked, Wow! Still have plenty of time to get screwed though... WeatherNC, FWIW and because you showed them after the 12Z run of the GFS, tonight's 0Z GFS Ensembles look like near carbon copies to my untrained eyes. Carvers Gap
With the UKMET way south, the GFS running north, the Canadian in the middle....any ideas on where the Euro goes or where this system will actually go? I say it and the Canadian will have similar tracks as evidenced by the past two days. Foothills map looks pretty good.
keithinala
Yep, it's the new one. I'm missing something, looks like the 12Z from the 20th, see the numbers on the left before you run it.
Shawn
I think the Euro will come North a bit on it's next run after looking at that last GGEM run.
superjames1992
My God, the CMC looks like a gift from heaven. That clocks almost all of North Carolina, although it leaves most of our SC and GA folks out in the cold rain.
GaWx
The 0Z GGEM gives ATL and much of N GA a very nice rain on 12/25 as the track is obviously way too far north for most of N GA to get snow other than backside stuff. I have to keep reminding myself rain is not evil this winter. So, bring it on!
burrel2
I'm missing something, looks like the 12Z from the 20th, see the numbers on the left before you run it. Clear your cache and it'll show the updated map

Carvers Gap
actually its a litle warm in Ga and Alabama , part of Tenn as well to start. Foothills, do you think the Canadian is winding the SLP up a bit more than previous run...allowing warm to nose up? Looks a bit stronger @132 hrs as evidenced by it hugging the coast instead of going out to sea.

BullCityWx
By my rough estimate, there really is close to an inch of QPF for most of NC on the Canadian.

Carvers Gap
Sooo, did the Canadian move towards the GFS solution? It doesn't look like it to me, because the GFS had that odd look to it.
DopplerWx
Need the low to track about 100-200 miles south and SC will be in the game, hopefully temps wont be a problem but they are starting to make me concerned.
