T. August
My holiday homebrew didn't turn out the way that I like. I blame 90% of that on myself for getting dry yeast, and 20% on my girlfriend because she doesn't read directions and roasted the yeast when she started it (in spite of the written directions I handed her). Oh well. It's still drinkable. And at 7.5% abv, it does the trick. Your brew did something right.

Everyone acts like they're gonna snap If it dumps and they don't snap it won't make a difference because they'll snap when it washes down the sewer a few days later when the mecf hits. motsco
lol this forum is getting funnier every year. almost as funny as the weather channel. I see a lot wish casting or past casting. everyone wants to be right casting, these people need to sit down with their fav. beverage and watch the movie maximum overdrive. lol Im so amused at all the global warming predictions on the news but yet not even a super computer can predict a snow storm, um even when it's snowing. I like this forum, and there are only a few people that I pay attention to when they post. so since I don't have any training in the weather field here is my prediction for the DC area. Rain. mixed with snow little accumulated on grass if your lucky. to warm to stick on roads. so as the soup natzi says. NO SNOW FOR YOU!

Ian
I was surprised how bullish a lot of people were for a week out. High expectations for winter or something maybe.
nj2va
I'm watching Tiny House, Big Living on HGTV. Interesting show....this couple built a 70 sq foot home to live in. Really neat to see how they maximized use of their space. But wow, talk about cramped quarters.

PhineasC
This storm is gone. As soon as the Euro caved to the GFS at 12Z yesterday I knew it was over. People acted like this was some kind of crazy move by the Euro but really all it was doing was joining the consensus.
