Seems like the freezing potential along I-95 is very limited.  Will have to see what actual surface temps do but I am having difficulty finding a model which actually drops them to freezing.  Definite good odds for some snow/sleet but I would say no more than a coating.  NW probably more (haven't looked).

Yeah, it seems like Philly/I-95 show little promise. I may see a little....far N/NW burbs have some hope.

While this is a completely different setup than last week, the one thing in common is needing the temperature to drop a good bit. Last week (here) it took 36 hours to drop 33 degrees, the last 10 of that once it started raining. It seems we would need the cold air more in place this time to get frozen precipitation. It will be interesting to see how fast it can cool down overnight. Currently it's 65F here.

It's actually a nice day outside if one can step away from the hand wringing over the long term...I'm working on it!

I use these days to open the windows and air out the stagnant heat generated air. Dusk approaching....better shut them before I forget. Allentown and out that way may get a little thrill tomorrow....
