Allow me to finish it for you:

A long time ago, in a forum far, far away....

It is a period of civil war. Optimistic winter-

weather lovers, striking with the use of

actual facts, have won their first victory

against the evil Warminista Regime.

During the battle, an informed poster managed

to debase the secret plans to the Warministas'

ultimate weapon, the infamous SE Ridge, an

unyielding anomaly with enough

power to destroy an entire SE winter,

yet it's power has been lacking, to date.

Pursued by the Warministas' sinister agents,

webberweather furiously dispenses

knowledge, custodian of the 500mb data

that can save his fellow posters and restore

calm to the forum....

Haha! That's awesome, Calc! Good stuff!

Anyway, I tried... :bag:

You really can't help yourself can you?  lmao...it will be your downfall here unless you find a way to not take disagreements and discussions to the end of the earth.....I can give you that advice.  Take it or leave it..  You can take a horse to water but you can't make them drink.

We weren't disagreeing or postulating on anything, it was a discussion of facts (whether or not the SE US ridge was in place, yes or no) one side was right, the other was wrong, end of story. When you actually can show physical evidence of the SE US ridge's prominence this winter then we'll talk...

Holy cow, I never said this anyways.  I never said it has been a prominent feature, NEVER SAID THAT.  Actually contrary to that I said it has come and gone over the last two weeks and I also said in my OP that it was also on the models coming and going.  You need to let some stuff go.  You have now made 2-3 posts after I disengaged you.  You just can't help yourself and let anything go.  Nobody was right or wrong because what you are saying isn't something I ever said was wrong or even brought up....  Jesus...   My only statement was that the SE ridge has flexed/popped in and out a few times the last week or two.   Your last 10 posts on the topic has been one strawman after another and I have tried to not engage but you won't let a sleeping dog lay.  I don't think you can.....

I can't go back and show you mesoscale analysis pages from the last 14 days to show you that yes, the SE ridge has pressed up into my area a couple of times.  You even moved the goalposts and said *anomalous* SE ridge.  I never said it was anomalous either...

Please for the love of god, drop it.  Just try..  You're not right or wrong, nobody is.  You have turned my one statement about how a -PNA and a SE ridge is a death knell for SE snow into some pissing match about who is right and who is wrong.  We don't agree, you trying to shove your opinion about something down my throat won't make me change my mind and makes you look like an ass.

Wife and kids are out of town until tomorrow visiting her family in VA. Trying to decide where I want to go for dinner tonight.

Cookout. I had a burger there for the first time last week. It just came here in 2014. It was pretty darn tasty! :)

Popped in an area of sub 250 jk/g cape and 25kt surface shear. Wow, you don't see that everyday. Just goes to show how tornado's only need a little juice to work with in the right positioning and an mT air source. Color me impressed.

Storm tops were less than 10000ft as well and no lightning was present. TWC showed damage pics and damage looks significant. 5 injuries reported.

The real secret to that place are the following:

Corn Dogs. MY LORD THE CORN DOGS.

Hot dogs (the cookout style ones)

Milk Shakes

HUSH PUPPIES

All cheap and ridiculously good.  I made the mistake of only getting burgers, onion rings, wraps.. ew compared.

You're all just wrong.

If you find yourself in bachelor shoes for a night or two, the obvious answer is:

(1st Night) Red Bowl followed by hours of mowing down Crota in Destiny.

(2nd Night) Leftover Red Bowl followed by mowing down Crota AND doing a raid in Destiny.

Gah! How can you mess that up?!

Kudos if you dig on that...

Red Bowl legit gave me dog or cat.  It wasn't right.  Something made me deathly ill.  I did play World of Warcraft instead that night though.. maybe that's the key.

You know for the SE US ridge to be a significant player on anomalous temperature & precipitation patterns, it has to be anomalous? Your seemingly confident assertion that it has been a death knell for snow chances is completely false because it wasn't even there to begin w/, then ironically you decided to move the goal posts to say that it has been what would be described as transient & then erroneously claimed 5800dm heights were somehow unusual? Give me a break...

Yeah but you live in Lexington. I think all the eating joints in the Columbia area import their meat from Riverbanks Zoo.

WoW very well could've made you sick ^_^

I wanted to play Destiny so bad, was it a decent game?  I heard it was another generic FPS clone so I shied away from it.  I also wanted to get Halo Master Chief Collection.

If the southeastern US ridge wasn't prominent player to begin w/ then why resort to denoting it as the "death knell" for snow? If it's not a noteworthy feature, (much less the primary one as you initially implied) then it's hardly worth mentioning

Counter-Strike is still the king for most serious computer gamers.  Most these newer shooter type games come out, and pass by really fast (especially on PC).  Almost like its the "cool thing to play at the time".  We can thank the Twitch site and the popular streamers for that crap.

Call of Duty and Battlefield have been the most popular among console gamers though.  I personally think those games are severely ruining future games because they keep coming out with the same crap that should have been free/cheap (DLC) at most, and selling it as an entirely new game for $60 +.  In turn, other game companies are copying their greedy motives to absolutely screw the gamer and make them buy more because their friends are!
