This will be the 3rd consecutive March that has had a sub-40˚ mean average temperature at IND. It is the first time since March 1969-1972 that has happened in Indianapolis. 2015 should move up the list a little, as normal to cooler than normal temps will be the rule for the rest of April (this April running well above normal thus far).
