Yeah this is like the coldest above average December I've ever felt lol I think its the wind that irritates me more than the actual cold. Seems like every day its windy. Fozz Posted December 13, 2014 Share Posted December 13, 2014 I think December 2011 and 2012 (and even last December with its brief but potent torch) spoiled a lot of warm lovers' expectations of what December is supposed to be like. DCA is running at +2.2 for the month, including a 70 degree day... whoever doesn't like cold doesn't really have much to complain about IMO. I'm starting to think my station runs too warm. There was patchy ice on the edge of the inlet this morning, and last time I checked it doesn't freeze at 33.3F.
