Euro ensembles are better.

Looks similar to the gfs op with an overunning setup. If things go down as advertised I could envision relatively narrow stripes of precip oriented wsw-ene. Just need to be on the cold side. And not get whiffed to the south...

Eta: euro op may be too se ridge happy but I doubt it matters. We don't stand much of a chance until after the deep push of cold gets here. Euro improved at h5 late in the run from last night. Much better ridge out west and pretty cold.

At this point, I just want to get the damn cold air here.  Hopefully that will finally happen around the 28th.
