ORH_wxman
Well wasn't this near ACK? If this tracked to the benchmark we would've missed this band by like 50 miles. It passed south of ACK...almost right over the BM...good thing it didn't trakc over ACK, you might have let Montreal get more snow:
Logan11
Snow 29 8.7" This deformation has a bit left in it yet.
HIPPYVALLEY
129k no power NH Not that high here but impressive outage map. edit: http://www.wmeco.com/outage/outagemap.aspx I can't believe my power is back on. I counted 3 flashes towards town on my last round of shoveling. Looks like 100% of Gill and Northfield are w/o power. Shelburne and Colrain were close to 50% earlier. Wonder if that included MPM. Wood stove and generator ftw here. Actually only fired gen so we could have light for dinner and let the fridge cool down.

powderfreak
Looks like we'll go to mostly light stuff after this band slowly pushes east. Been averaging pretty close to 1"/hr since 2pm. J.Spin was up to 9.2" at 10pm....the funny thing is he will come close to Dendrite's total potentially, but probably with half the liquid.
weatherwiz
Will, what actually is the process (if it can be easily explained) as to why the 700mb low developed where it did and tracked where it did? Did it just have to do with the way the system was constructed or is there really no easy answer? Just curious
