weatherwiz Posted November 26, 2014 Share Posted November 26, 2014 The core of the WCB is just to the south of the RI coast right now near LI..that surge into eastern areas is the key window over the next 4-5 hours. I'd expect the snow rates to really pick up (where it is snow of course and not rain) in the next 30-60 minutes. 850mb low is beginning to take shape now and as that becomes more defined lift will begin to increase further as we'll begin to see numerous reports of 2 to perhaps near 3'' per hour rates at times, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
