Band earlier came from the SW. This one looks more like its rotating in from the SE, but may just be the illusion of radar echoes filling in. Temp fell to 36F at that point, and is now down to 34 with stickage everyone but the roads. As meteorologists we've always been taught that complete melting of snow occurs with a wetbulb around 37F, or between 2.5 to 3C. Fall below that, and there you go. Works every time!
