michsnowfreak
Nice pics Tim! Can tell that unlike most, it was high ratio snow for you. Not as much up here, but SO nice to have winter back! Went for a walk in the park today.
snowstormcanuck
First true LES event in London. Going to be nothing monumental. Generally rates have been a bit better than 1"/hr but have almost 6" down and could end up in the 8-12" range.

cyclone77
^Nice pics past several posts. Braved the cold a little while ago for these shots. By the time I got the camera all set up how I'd like it I could hardly stand to be out there so didn't get very many shots.

michsnowfreak
nice deer. Here its drifts, drifts everywhere this morning. The average depth of snow on the ground is 4" but it is very uneven now due to drifting. Regardless, after a week of bitter cold and daily snow, it looks like mid-winter! December is a memory. ]

cyclone77
^ Sweet pics Josh and Badger. Here's a cell phone pic from the drive home. There were sun dogs out all day I guess but I never got a good chance to take any pics.
cyclone77
One more from the other night. I'm glad I got out when I did, since most of the drifts out in the open country have become very dirty ever since due to all the wind.

Geos
Really like that first one you took Cyclone with the purple shaded snow drifts. Nice congregation of deer, Badger! Don't usually see too many in my neighborhood proper, but when I do it's a treat! That second picture of your Snow Freak with the snow layer steps is cool. cyclone77
Thanks Josh and Geos. Went out and shot some more earlier today. Found one area where the drifts weren't all dirtied up yet. The ones by the creek in some of the pics are dirtied up, but the layering of it looked pretty cool I thought.
