I'm at 32F now, too, and keep going back between rain and snow every 30 seconds.  We're done accumulating to say the least, 1.4".

Pennies and nickels adding up to 4" this month so far.

Yeah its over here you can see the warmer air working in aloft as the rain/snow line is progressing northward on radar

You guys think KBUF will melt all their snow next week?

lol, sometimes I wonder if you are more preoccupied with melting snow than falling snow.  Even when you have a KU coming before a torch and although its snowing 3 per hour you are thinking about that mild forecast in the week following hypothetical storm, haha.

I was thinking he was planning a trip there, thus he was asking, not sure why else it matters.

12ZGEM similar to GFS but much faster.. something to track into the holiday week? nobody seems that excited about it.

One, I'm not feeling it, and two, that's legitimately the only time of the entire year I wouldn't be amped for snow. I have to drive to Jersey for the holiday.

Are you referring to the end of the week event?  264 hours?  Now we're really stretching the meaning of 'excited'.  :)

Wed/Thur of next week, looks like a close call, the signal has been there

Man, can we just enjoy the cold without worrying about the warm up a week away?

I know...Thank You for being the voice of reason.  Why would anybody care about if it melted when you don't even live there, or are going there??????????  I'm sure if it melts, they will get more...lot's more!

GGEM brings an inch or 2 of LES snow all the way across N CT and W and C Mass to BOS tomorrow..Def gonna be some surprises tomorrow when there's some decent snow showers/squalls icing up roadways thru out the region

Could be some pretty impressive streamers.  I don't know if I'd hold out hope for an inch or two, but with lake effect squalls you never know in very isolated spots.  Could be a bunch of flurries or 3sm -SHSN that moves through.  The best part is it looks to come all the way from Lake Erie down there, while we are getting Lake Ontario left-overs up here.

Berkshire and Litchfield Counties down there would be the most likely spots with the light upslope assist.

It's a total outlier though as of right now. Would be fun to see, but the surprise tomorrow would be seeing anything other than partly sunny skies, some flurries, and your breath in the air due to chilly temps.

46/46 1.01" in the bucket.
