EastCoast NPZ
Are you seriously still calling this winter a suckfest after getting 9" of snow yesterday? Lol. That was there from before the storm. I quote my previous posts and then edit, but didn't catch that line.

mappy
OK... very rough first draft -- totals only included COOP, CoCoRaHs and official airport stations. I'll add member totals later, still waiting on quite a few of you to update for me. *First thoughts: there are areas that I need to look into. I already removed quite a few stations that were way under done, thus skewing the data. Seems to be quite a few more that are also creating lower total contours. For example: I have two Skyesville CoCoRaHs stations; one is reading 4", the other 26.9". I will remove the 4" and that will smooth that area out. *For the Damascus crew, I have one station that is reporting 41". Does that seem legit? Seems high compared to everything around it. *More versions to come, but wanted to show you all what things looked like at the moment (again, without members totals added). Thanks MG

Fozz
I highly doubt that 41" number in Damascus... that sounds ridiculous. Das lives not too far away in Clarksburg and has around 27".... he's a bit south with lower elevation but realistically I can't imagine Damascus with more than 32" or so. mappy
Cool. Makes me feel better about my own measured season total thus far. things should smooth out a bit more once I get member totals in there. But wanted to get the process going in the meantime, start cleaning up data. Add member totals later, merging with my current file and rerunning my process is pretty easy. I pulled all my data from a different source this year, so I don't get to see the daily records of events. I'll probably investigate that one more in depth before I remove it from the list all together.

mappy
The Damascus station is a COOP one -- they entered 11 twice, for 2/21 AND 2/22, thus the higher total without the second 11 entry they would be at 30.1 much more realistic.
