Sounds pretty typical to me.

Elevation and terrain at work. The strip within 5 miles south and 5 miles north of the Mason-Dixon Line cashes in due to topography. Marginal events, with marginal temps like this deliver just a little more due to temp. Lower elevations to the north and south typically seem like different climos in winter events when 1 or 2 degrees is make or break. In this region it s almost always 1 or 2 degrees that separate rain from plowing.

Oops, forgot to submit my report.  Apparently, so did everyone else in MoCo.

Ha. It builds character being a snow weenie here.

I would rather live on the bay.  I'm more of a bay weenie than a snow weenie, although it's pretty close.  Eventually I'm going to move to the lower eastern shore to live the bay weenie lifestyle.  Until then I will take the consolation prize of my first inch of "shoveled" snow in the hills high above the bay.
