So you can say it has gotten better since the winter of 2007-2008, also that winter just about every I-95 Blizzard it had at 120+ hours NEVER verified. I remember it had the big Ohio Valley Blizzard in March as Heavy Snow a couple runs in the Medium Range, and it had a storm around March 20th or so coming up 95 as close as 3-4 days out, but that didn't happen. They just needed to set up the punt return and put the ball back in the hand of the offense which at that point Rutger's could not stop. The offensive play calling on in the fourth quarter was also some of the worst you could ever see. The difference between 7-5 and 8-4 obviously is only one win more but it's worlds apart on impact it has on the program not to mention how much better it sounds and looks. This program is doing well in regards to lack of high level recruits and still winning, but if they could've dropped the hammer on Rutgers, that would've looked really good. It really is a shame. I'm not particularly a big fan of the guy. The program has made some improvements since his first two years but I don't think it's enough. Maybe if the terps stayed in the acc it would be good enough but not in the big 10. The thing that says it all about the guy is his record against top 25 teams which is an unbelievable 1-25.
