PrinceFrederickWx
This is somewhat of a bust... NWS this morning didn't have BWI getting out of the 40's and its already 51 there. My thermometer says it 54 here.
EastCoast NPZ
52F for the high (and windy, of course). Forecast high of 48F. By the standards out here the 4F "bust" qualifies as a pretty accurate forecast.
T. August
So far the high has been 49.7F, but it's currently 48.9F.
mattie g
Enjoy the torch, everyone. Crossed the bridge onto Hilton Head Island at 1:15 pm and was greeted by 62 beautiful, sunny degrees. I'm now three beers in. After more sunshine and 60s tomorrow, it'll be in the 70s for a few days before cooling back into the 60s. Perfect Thanksgiving weather! Eskimo Joe
I wonder if the mini-torch today was aided by dry air down-sloping off the the mountains. Locations west of DC do not seem to have spiked as much.

WxUSAF
Some of the little ponds and puddles around my house still had skim ice on them this afternoon. Low Sun angle and low dewpoints FTW.

GramaxRefugee
One of the farm ponds I drive by is suddenly frozen over completely this morning. Not just skim ice. It's a well shaded pond, but I don't remember it ever freezing before Thanksgiving. 29 f on the dashboard.
wxdude64
After 'soaring' to a 45.3 high yesterday, back into mid 20's this am. 25.0/12.5 when I left for work with a nice NW breeze.
EastCoast NPZ
25F for the low. Wind is freakin' ridiculous.
T. August
Low of 28F on the water. Interesting because a portion of the inlet is completely frozen over (even more than Wed. morning). The lack of water due to the NW wind really helped with ice formation.
