DUE TO A FINAL SURGE OF WARMER AIR THIS EVENING...THE HIGH

TEMPERATURE FOR BALTIMORE MD WAS 36 DEGREES AS REPORTED AT 1159 PM.

BECAUSE OF THIS OBSERVATION...THE RECORD DAILY LOW MAXIMUM

TEMPERATURE WAS NOT BROKEN ON NOVEMBER 19. THE RECORD CONTINUES TO

BE 35 DEGREES SET IN 1880.

What a kick in the nuts... two consecutive record lowest maxes missed due to midnight highs. Last night's was especially ridiculous.
