Most of the models are pointing this towards south Florida so what are the thoughts on this area in the BOC as its actually looking pretty good this morning

I'm thinking a highly disorganized, sheared mess.  Heavy rain will plague Florida beginning on Friday, mainly south of Lake Okeechobee.  The Euro came on board with the GFS, showing the trough quickly sweeping it eastward, through the Florida Straits and the Bahamas, and out to sea.  It's showing most of the heavy rain will be out of there by the end of the weekend.  Bottom line, looks disorganized and I wouldn't expect more than just a lot of rain.
