IsentropicLift
The Euro is still over an inch for mostly everyone here. If this was a winter storm we would all be jumping for joy. An inch or so of rain over two or three days is just underwhelming.

IsentropicLift
Roughly 1 inch falls in Monmouth and Suffolk County in about 24 hours Most of the rain will probably fall in 12 hours or less. I can see a scenario where the heaviest rains go towards SNJ and up into New England and this area is largely dry slotted.

IsentropicLift
The HRRR develops some discrete stronger looking cells over interior NJ over the next several hours. Could be a few more sneaky severe storms. Seems the partly sunny skies have led to higher instability and some stronger convection.

IsentropicLift
Well the 18z NAM is way south and way East of 12z. Looks like convection attempts to rob the rest of the storm. I don't see that happening in a setup like this.
