Some t-storms with hail detected have popped over Ocean and Monmouth counties.

 

12z NAM and GFS soundings show instability trough tomorrow night. Steep L5-7 lapse rates, TTs in 50s, some CAPE. More thunderstorms are possible with bands rotating off the ocean tomorrow and tomorrow night.

The Euro is still over an inch for mostly everyone here. If this was a winter storm we would all be jumping for joy. An inch or so of rain over two or three days is just underwhelming.

Roughly 1  inch falls in Monmouth and Suffolk County in about 24 hours
