AvantHiatus
Good stuff, finally the bore period ends. The real moisture and dynamics are focused strongly along the coast, unlike most events.

gymengineer
All you had to do all storm season was sit at the 270 spur. Amazing consistency. I'm near there and was just commenting to my SO that we've been hit by just about every significant thunderstorm this year. I've been pretty impressed with the storms this year, including two storms that definitely gusted over 50 mph here.

StudentOfClimatology
Can tell just by the sound of the thunder that there's an inversion present. Probably saved us from significant winds as there were some strong velocity readings w/ that line.
dailylurker
Nice DC/AA/PG split. You can always count on that. Never fails lol.

WEATHER53
Ah, our old friend the DC split ImageUploadedByTapatalk1412735532.141007.jpg Even the corn dust could not eat that up. I am not sure what happened here. I went outside an it was pouring and I could hear what I can only call a swirling or whirling noise-not a rumble. The trees did not do anything and it was not windy but instant rain let up the noise ended.
