CAPE
Late Oct, early Nov is about right for the first snowflakes in the higher elevations. Any guidance suggesting snow on the coast is wonky. We know that wont happen. But a day with temps in the mid 40s with wind and rain, and maybe a chance at the first freeze in its wake would be cool. Meteorologic-ally speaking it is fun to watch fall/spring storms that spawn from a slow moving, diving ULL. Hopefully it happens.

T. August
Got down to 46F inland, and a shocking 56F on the water. That's the biggest difference I've recorded. That inland location is a remarkable cooling spot.
StudentOfClimatology
Yeah, I got about a 7 degree bump. Mini heat burst! Ended up going from 49.1 all the way to 63.3, then back to 49.4 a few hours later. Probably the closest thing to one I'll ever see in these parts. EastCoast NPZ
38 / 24F. Hit forecasted low, but no frost anywhere around. Disappointing that that's as far as we could drop with a DP so low.
