uncle W
nice rains this morning...nothing like last year when it was 86 on this date...The ao was a little lower today and is still forecast to drop to -4.00...That would be very significant for October and going forward... That's for sure. I believe the only other -4 or lower daily AO reading in October was in 2002. It's really nice to see the -AO flexing its muscles again after the last big drop in March into April 2013.

Allsnow
Great game, that Michigan incompletion on 3rd and 8 late in the game was a terrible call. Sorry for the OT, 56 here and waiting for winter. Lol oh yeah that was a catch, but that's the way it goes. I was shocked when I heard them say incompletion stands. That's a catch in the NFL

CIK62
Oct. 10-18 looks very wet with possible tropical involvement near the 16th on the 0Z GFS. Weeklies are wet here too. Last 10 days of month look more mundane with near normal precip. and a little above on 2mT.s via same weekly series.

Sundog
EWR 80 1 more time ? Would be nice . I also noticed that the Euro cooled down quite a bit compared to its previous runs in the medium range. It actually looks like what the GFS was showing days ago when the Euro was trying to pump up a ridge.
