I'm waiting for the wind to pick up...but so far it's holding at 39F. I saw a station up the road though has jumped from 38F to 46F in like a half hour! You can see the southerly flow funneling up the Champlain Valley keeping BTV near 50F, while outside of the immediate valley we are still holding an inversion, same with the Adirondacks and NNH. But you can also tell the cold is getting beaten back north and east.

HIPPYVALLEY
37/36. Temp not moving past hour. Hopefully can get low 30's with a touch of frost. Drove back from Berkshires tonight. Was 36F at 2k in Savoy around 10:30pm. Colors were a bit muted in the high elevations today with lots of green still abundant and dark/dull reds with yellow mixed in but hopefully will transition nicely in the next week or so to some flaming groovies.
