That puts us at 3.49 for the month already, combine that with the 6.32" last month, we are pushing 10" over 40 days. Pretty impressive stuff for the area. Winds now backing out of the west here with the surface front passing. The air already feels drier. Have shut off the A/C for hopefully the last time this year. Up to 2.61" for the month, through yesterday. As well, 6.64" since August 1. And the airport has been the lowest of the local observers, by far. Lush deep green, spring-looking grass in these parts.
