KamuSnow Posted January 8, 2015 Share Posted January 8, 2015 Made it to 5°F here about an hour ago, now back up to 6°F. Slow droppage between midnight and 6 am of 4 degrees. Still, a nice batch of cold air indeed. As much as it's almost too cold outside, there's something about it when you go outside at night just for the experience of being out in it. Makes me appreciate how really cold it is where this air comes from up north, where above the polar circle it stays dark day and night for the duration of Polar Night (the duration of which depends on latitude). I tolerate winter since I have to live here, but I just couldn't imagine living in a place where temps like this are normal, or even above normal.
