Not horrible but just bought a new mattress and feeling better already before any major problems start. Anyhow, let's go winter weather! I had back surgery the year I turned 40 so I can relate. Doing a set of stretching exercises I learned in PT afterwards has helped a lot over the years. I can shovel snow like a maniac, so, yeah baby! I'd love to have a winter like this -- 70's one day followed by snow two days later.
