famartin
got a report of sleet near the PA/DE line on rt 202 Given the convective profile of the atmosphere, it was *probably* graupel.

KamuSnow
Typical response Lol....not too far from 202 and De. border, had that rain shower (about 10 minutes), pretty windy, with graupel/sleet/very small hail mixed in (1/8" diameter). Then the sun came out. Back to cloudy now, 49F.

famartin
Thanks - I think - does it qualify? For now. There's a project in its infancy which would separate out hail from snow, but I'm not sure what graupel will count as.

Thanks for the info - still hard to count as winter type precip. when the temperature is 45F, which is what it was during the shower. It sure does feel like winter is coming though.
