I couldn't be more stunned. Hinkin is the most conservative met when it comes to snow.

Where is my fainting couch, I'm getting the vapors.  Hinkin has to be trolling us at this point.  This is the guy that has literally held to a no snow forecast when it was falling outside his window...

The infamous positive precip anomaly for the Southeast during El Nino is more Deep South than Tennessee Valley. And the Mid South actually shows negative precip anomaly. It only takes one, and if it is cold I like the chances, but I'm also not banking on a buffet line of snowstorms.
