das
No way, dude. I consider low/mid 60s to be fairly comfortable. Still only in the 70s @ 11AM. Indeed, it was very comfortable in Clarksburg this morning (low of 63.6F). High so far today is 73.3F at noon-twenty under partly sunny skies. Not bad at all. High this weekend was 85F on Saturday. The low RH made it eminently bearable. 19 sub-60F lows this JJA. 25% of the lows have been in the 50's this met summer so far.

I'm in DC and we dropped to 65/63...nothing like the 75/70 we often get in July.

T. August
Low of 68F. Normal low for mid July here is 65F. What happened lol? You're pretty much always cool at night. EDIT: I saw your post above.
dailylurker
Mostly cloudy 77/61. Just put in my seed potatoes for my late fall harvest. It would be nice to get some rain tonight. Weather bug has a 20% chance. TWC has a 80% chance. So, I guess we have a 20 to 80% chance of rain lol. I'm going with weather bug.

snowfan
Lots of rain and rumbles to the south in SE VA, NE NC. GFS/NAM holding with the 'not so wet' solutions for us this week.
PrinceFrederickWx
Assuming today is a negative departure (and it looks like it will be), this will make 22 consecutive days at or below normal for BWI. I feel like this has gotta be some kind of record for consecutive days at/below normal, but I don't know. If anyone has that info it would be appreciated! snowfan
This place is crickets. Anyone know what's going on with instantweathermaps? I've tried looking at maps all day and nothing is displaying on the screen.
WEATHER53
I missed on my 90-95 call for Sun-Wed But the alternative solutions were cloudy and rainy and that hasn't been happening either.

It's been kind of odd. The lows have been well above normal (cloudy every night), but the highs have actually ended up slightly below normal w/o the influence of any rain at all and not too much cloudiness in the afternoons either. Given how warm each day has started, i would've expected 90F.
PrinceFrederickWx
BWI snuck in a 68 low just before midnight to keep the streak going. The next two days will be tricky to get through but if we make it I think we might be good for doing the whole month without an above average day. Eskimo Joe
Weird the LWX didn't pop a warning for the Leesburg cell, it's maintaining a solid signature on the 0.5* BV scan. Probably a sweet shelf cloud with it too.
mattie g
Fingers crossed that line holds together. It's at about this point that I've seen a lot of storms go *poof* around here this year.
